If you have an ear for live, orchestrated music, you will have to make time to experience a show at the Winspear Center. They play a variety of different compositions, from the classics of Bach and Wagner acts from Broadway to Cabaret, and with it being the home base of the Edmonton Symphony Orchestra; you can expect to hear some local works and well known folk, rock, and country artists to make special appearances as well. They also have another unique permanent resident, the three-story tall, Davis Concert Organ. Although a relaxing evening after their Edmonton facial courses is ideal for some people, others need something a little faster. A fast, safe and exhilarating pass time is Speeders ProKart track. You can go by yourself or in a group, and after a brief and informative safety video, you’re off to the races. As you rip around the track taking sharp turns, navigating tight corners and flying down the straightaways, you will be hooked before the end of your 14 lap race. In between races, there are also other fun activities to test yourself at, such as pool, air hockey, basketball shooting and pinball machines that are sure to keep you entertained.
